Lexi started the training program with Atlas back in 2018 after working with the physical therapists as an exercise specialist for nearly two years.
Her love for fitness is was brought her to Atlas back in 2017 and is what continues to fuel her passion for coaching clients.
Lexi has been both a patient and an athlete over the years which gives her an indepth understanding of everything it takes to be physically fit.
In 2022 she completed her masters program in strength and conditioning and human movement science from Concordia University.
Lexi’s fitness revolves around long distance running and weight training but when she’s not training she loves to ride her motorcycle or spend time outside with her dogs and her husband.
