Adele earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2023. During her time in St. Louis, she participated in research, provided pro bono services for underserved communities, and volunteered with Special Olympics Missouri. Adele first discovered her passion for physical therapy after experiencing multiple ACL injuries as a high school and collegiate soccer player. The care she received during her rehabilitation had a lasting impact and inspired her to pursue a career in helping others return to the activities they love.
Adele has a strong interest in orthopedics and specializes in pelvic health physical therapy for individuals of all genders. She believes pelvic health physical therapy can be transformative and empowering for people experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. Her clinical interests include working with runners, postpartum individuals, and patients with foot, ankle, and knee conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Adele enjoys exploring Colorado and spending time outdoors. She is an avid trail runner, mountain biker, rock climber, and skier. She also enjoys live music, good food and drinks, and is always looking for new recommendations around Denver and the surrounding areas.
