Anna Dudin, PT, DPT
Anna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love. She works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special interest in helping active adults and athletes recover from injury, improve movement, and build long-term resilience.
Anna takes a personalized, movement-focused approach to care. She believes that successful rehabilitation goes beyond simply treating symptoms—it requires understanding each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and the demands they place on their bodies. Her treatment plans emphasize hands-on care, targeted strengthening, and education so patients feel confident managing their bodies both during and after therapy. Anna also focuses on pelvic floor physical therapy and dry needling.
Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or trying to get back to hiking, skiing, running, or everyday activities without pain, Anna enjoys partnering with patients to help them move better and feel stronger.
Outside the clinic, Anna enjoys staying active in the outdoors, traveling, and exploring new experiences.
