Carlo was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley before graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Before becoming a physical therapist, Carlo worked as an aide for over three years in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. His goal as a physical therapist is to create an environment that provides culturally competent and inclusive care in collaboration with patients, thus encouraging patients to take an active role in their well-being. He utilizes manual therapy and individualized therapeutic exercise and activities to help patients reach their functional goals.

In his free time, Carlo loves to watch the Warriors and keep up with the NBA along with cooking and trying new foods in Denver.
