
Taylor earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California, where she was an active member of the Orthopedics Special Interest Group, research assistant, and a tutor for fellow DPT students. Her passion for physical therapy began in high school during her own rehabilitation journey to return to competitive swimming—an experience that shaped her commitment to helping others get back to the activities they love. She also holds a B.S. in Human Development from the University of California, Davis.
Taylor specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, with a strong interest in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel empowered to take an active role in their recovery and overall wellness. In addition, she is certified in Functional Dry Needling and continues to pursue advanced education in orthopedics and pelvic health to provide the highest quality, evidence-based care.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Taylor relocated to Colorado in early 2024. Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing pickleball, reading, lifting, hiking, and spending time with her partner and two dogs.
