Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Messiah University in 2024. Prior to that I earned my B.S in Exercise Science at Grove City College in 2020, where I also competed in football and track and field. I moved out to Denver in 2026 to grow, chase a new opportunity, and experience all the wonderful things Colorado has to offer.
I initially grew my interest in physical therapy after being a patient myself. Going through the rehab process and getting back to competing in the sports and activities I loved gave me an awesome feeling that was tough to describe. I knew that I wanted to be able to give that feeling to other people, and it sparked my passion for helping others.
I’ve taken an interest in treating orthopedic conditions, injuries, and post-surgical patients in the general and athletic population. I particularly enjoy treating post-op shoulders and knees. I utilize manual therapy, integrative dry needling, and sport/activity-specific exercise to help patients reach their goals.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and my friends, working out, snowboarding, golfing, exploring the mountains, or finding a good pub. On Sundays, you can find me watching the Steelers and yelling at my TV in Pittsburghese, like a true Yinzer.
