Lauren Kreuter
PT, DPT

Lauren earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Arizona in 2024. During her time at NAU, Lauren had the opportunity to provide pro bono services working with patients experiencing orthopedic injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction and those with neurological diagnoses like Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis.

Since she was 5 years old, Lauren’s sport of choice was Figure Skating and she practiced competitively up until she started coaching at the age of 19. She continued coaching throughout her 7 years of school working towards her undergraduate and physical therapy degrees, which ultimately led her to be interested in a career in Physical Therapy because her participation in this sport left her with chronic low back pain. Working with PT’s with varying specialties and certifications has allowed her to go about her normal life again without the presence of looming pain (as long as she keeps up with her exercises).

Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time at home playing board games with her partner, reading a good mystery/thriller book by the pool, or getting a workout at an indoor rock climbing gym. She also enjoys going out to try new restaurants and is always open to any recommendations around Denver.
