My name is Lauren, and I am a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University’s (NAU) Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. I have lived in 4 states so far. I grew up in Southern California. I then received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene (Go Ducks!), I moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, to accomplish my DPT and have lived in Denver since December of 2024. The reason I moved to Denver is because my partner is currently working on a PhD at the Colorado School of Mines, but I have always had an interest in living here. When I’m not working, I typically spend my time indoor rock climbing, at the gym, or at home with my partner and our 2 kittens.

I love working at Active Motion PT. Everyone is so welcoming, and we all work together incredibly well. It also helps that the patients here are so fun to work with.
